David Lindberg is one of Sweden's most experienced field drummers.
His interest and knowledge includes the traditions of Sweden, Switzerland and Scotland.
Lindberg has a strong belief in the musical, cultural and historical values of traditional field drumming. This attitude in his musicianship has given him close relations with some of the worlds finest field drummers.
Lindberg serves as the Drum Major and drumming instructor of the Swedish Army Band, and dedicates most of his spare time to the development of civilian field drumming.
He is the founder of the Stockholm based Basler drum group Harlequin, and is a proud member of the Swiss Fasnacht drum group Pulsglopfer.
